Change a Life

Thomas has Stage 4 Lung and Brain cancer. After Brain Surgery to remove the Mass he had complications that caused him to be hospitalized and unable to work. As the breadwinner for the family he cant afford to keep his light on. He needs a Hand Up to pay the Utility bill.
