Change a Life

These 5 kids will wake up to an empty tree on Christmas morning. One of the children has a Rare Genetic condition that weakens his immune system and leaves him unable to walk. Because of the high cost of copays and treatments their parents cannot afford to put gifts under the tree this year. They need a Hand Up to have a Merry Christmas.
