Change a Life

Lowell has a Rare Disease that causes different Cancers to occur in the body. He recently had to have Cancer removed from the oil glands in his face. Due to the Surgery and treatments Lowell had to miss work causing him to fall behind on his rent.  He needs a Hand Up to keep a roof over his and his son’s head.
